This girl was brought to us as a stray, so we don't know her full history like how she is with young kids, or other animals, or if she uses the litterbox (outside of a kennel environment).
But since she's been with us for longer than the 7-day stray period with no owners coming forward to claim her, we’ll make sure she’s spayed, microchipped, and vaccinated, so all she needs now is someone to give her a new forever home.
She's been pretty reserved at the shelter, so she'll need to go to a home with experienced dog owners that can work with getting her properly socialized, and really learn to thrive.
Volunteers state the Nyota is a calm and quiet dog and loves walks, getting pets and treats. She walks great on the leash and is very easy to place back in the kennel.
