Meet Jupiter! This interstellar guy is looking to be the center of your universe. Jupiter came to the Shelter as an owner surrender after his previous guardian was unable to continue caring for him. He lived in a home with children under 12 previously and did well. A home with children is likely a fit provided they meet at the Shelter prior to adoption. Jupiter has not lived with any other animals previously. At the Shelter, he has been interested in playing with other dogs but is not quite sure how. A home with a well socialized dog and a thoughtful introduction and management may be a fit provided the resident pup meets Jupiter prior to adoption. Jupiter is looking for an adoptive home that will provide above average mental and physical stimulation on a daily basis. Positive reinforcement based training, enrichment and sniffaris will be key to helping this guy learn to settle when left alone.
