Shelter Staff made the following comments about this animal: |
OBSERVED BY SHELTER STAFF: Burr is an attention seeking, energetic boy that came to us matted and thin. After his grooming and lots of nutritious food, Burr has been great meeting new people and is a great play buddy in our puppy play groups. Burr is a pro on the leash and walks beside you after a couple of corrections. We believe that Burr will co-exist with cats so long as he is trained not to chase them and he can most likely do well with respectful children. Burr needs some help learning his commands but is very treat motivated which will help. Due to his breed, Burr will need regular grooming every 6-8 weeks to maintain his coat and keep it mat free. Weighs 38 pounds, $50 to adopt |
