OBSERVED BY SHELTER STAFF:
Frogger is an energetic young man that enjoys meeting new people. When Frogger first came in, he was emaciated and has since gained 8 pounds and is ready for a new home! Frogger pulls a bit on the leash, seems housetrained, and needs some help learning commands. He loves toys and will actively hunt down his favorite toy. Frogger does not seem to be a fan of having his face or neck touched so a home with older, dog saavy children is recommended.
