OBSERVED BY SHELTER STAFF:
Benny is a high energy, sweet dog. He loves attention and appears house trained. He needs some work not pulling on the leash when going for walks, but does know the sit, shake and down commands. Benny previously lived with a cat and they got along well and he’s friendly toward the other dogs here at the shelter.

Benny’s fur will require a lifetime of maintenance. Painful mats will cover his body if not brushed four times or more a week and/or a trip to the groomer’s every 2 months.

Weighs 53 pounds; $25 to adopt.
