Shelter Staff made the following comments about this animal:

OBSERVED BY SHELTER STAFF:
Nova is a sweet dog that is shy with new people. She would appreciate people greet her with a gentle approach. She’s somewhat of an independent dog; she doesn’t require a lot of attention, but his happy to be pet. Loud noises and fast movements scare her; she would do best in a quiet and calm home with older, dog-savvy children. She doesn’t seem to mind other dogs and is uninterested in cats, but may chase one if it ran away from her. She walks pretty well on the leash and knows the sit and down commands.

Weighs 41 pounds; $25 to adopt.
