Pretty Pelusa is a shy, gentle gal that warms up into an affectionate sweetheart given a little patience. She has a docile nature and is fairly mellow for an Australian Shepherd mix. She walks nicely on the leash and is a pleasure to take easy strolls with.

Pelusa likes to be by your side to keep you company. She was a good girl on her overnight visit with her volunteer, she did not have any potty accidents in the house and she rode well in the car, just a little nervous at first.

Pelusa has been around other dogs and seems to prefer dogs with calmer energy and not too rambunctious. If you have a dog currently she would like to meet them to see if they will be compatible. She was also said to be cat friendly in the past.

Pelusa takes treats gently and even tried a snow pea that her volunteer was snacking on; she adorably picked the little peas out one by one with her teefers and left the shell, lol.

Sweet Pelusa is looking for a caring home that will adore her gentle sweetness. She is sure to make a loyal and loving pet.
