Meet Chaps! Chaps is a loving and attentive young boy who loves to chase balls and go on walks. The first thing people notice about Chaps is his distinctive coloration, which is the origin of his name. Chaps is a staff favorite due to his goofy, bouncy energy. Chaps would like to go to a moderately active household.
