Shelter Staff made the following comments about this animal:
Moonstone is a lovely 2-year-old medium/large mixed-breed girl. She came to SFAS to help her find a family. Here at the shelter Moonstone has been trying to adjust to the shelter life but as many know it is very difficult for even the most happiest of dogs. Moonstone has been working well with the staff but is very shy among strangers and will need a loving family willing to give her the patience and care she deserves! Moonstone is one for the ages with the looks of a gem and willingness to give it her all! The gem, moonstone, symbolizes light, hope, and new beginnings and so this beautiful dog is truly looking for all of that. Don't miss out on this gem and give her the hope of a new beginning and she will in return give you that light we are all searching for!

She is lucky to be resting in a foster home. EMAIL: NEWHOPE@SFHUMANESOCIETY.ORG if you would like to meet her.

Moonstone’s adoption fee is $50. She is spayed and microchipped and has age-appropriate vaccinations. A licensing/microchip fee may apply.
