Shelter Staff made the following comments about this animal:
Don't judge our Judy! Here is what her last foster family had to say about her.
"Judy is a vey sweet dog. She will make and excellent companion dog and she bonded with me very quickly. Anytime I was on the couch she wanted to be next to me or on top of me!! What a cute personality she has! She is still occasionally skittish and a bit fearful. Her progress and behavior improvement in the home was remarkable; a little time and patience goes a long way. She LOVES being outside, exploring on longs walks or hikes. She pulls a bit on the leash but that eases up later in the walk. Her more playful side started to come out after about 10 days. Food is not a motivation for her but she is very handler focused and eager to please. After some time she may get more treat motivated. I don’t know how she is with other dogs or cats or children. My instinct is that if she were to be in a household with an older stable dog it would do her a world of good as I she had some separation anxiety/stress. She displayed some fear/apprehension towards my husband which is very unusual as dogs are very comfortable with him. Again, I don’t know how she would do with more time. Her house training is excellent and she adapted to a potty schedule perfectly. She had zero problems chewing anything inappropriate. Any chew bone is greatly enjoyed. Judy would be a devoted pet!"

Judy’s adoption fee is waived. She is spayed and microchipped and has age-appropriate vaccinations. A licensing/microchip fee may apply.
