Reason animal needs rescue: Dog was reportedly hit by car when found 5 months ago, toe touching to left thoracic limb, unable to fully extend elbow. Radiographs - non union fracture of left olecranon. May be candidate for orthopedic surgery but shelter unable to provide surgical care needed.
