Today I: Got to ride in a car, met new friends, took a looooong walk and saw and sniffied lots of things! I also got to go to a dog and cat store and sniffied everything! I learned that I am a VERY GOOD BOY ?

Notes from My Walker: Rocky is just the dog that DDO was made for. He hates being kenneled all day and his presence there does not show off his best qualities. However, outside the kennel, he is gentle, attentive, sweet, polite and so very fun! Rocky let us harness and leash him with no issues, he pottied before we got into the car, and he hopped in and rode beautifully to the park. On leash, he was excited for a brief time, but then was the best loose leash walker! He is very treat motivated, and checked in regularly while walking.

We saw dogs in a dog park as well as on leash and Rocky displayed no reactivity or barrier frustration. He encountered people walking, biking, scootering and driving and was very polite with each encounter. Rocky needs and deserves to get out of the kennel and into a loving home where he can get regular exercise and share his sweet, loving, pibble self to those who love him most.
