When approaching kennel Fred had his tail tucked, whale eyed, and constantly looking back and forth between me and the door. Fred seemed to be startled by sudden movements or loud noises, for instanvce when another dog barked his body would tense up, he began to pant, and look back and forth quicker.

Front of kennel, jumping at kennel door. Once, leashed about to take out. High energy, strong dog. Shows interest in handler, and has loose body posture. However, unable to complete full handling due to dog getting overstimulated and constantly jumping on handler. Recommend D2D, previous notes say dog went after another dog prior to coming in to the shelter.

Was able to load dog onto vehicle with leash. Dog does appear to be aggresive towards other animals.
