I was picked up in Charlotte.

I have been at the shelter since Mar 18, 2024.

• Cecilia gets along great with our beagle/boxer and other dogs she has met in the last few weeks.
• She is very affectionate and shows her excitement every time she sees us.
• Cecilia is friendly with adults, kids, and everyone she meets!
• She is not fully house-trained but is getting better every day.
Cecilia will be great for a new home with kids, a yard to play in, and lots of attention.
