Happy Jenny Luper thinks kennel life isn't the best, so she's a little vocal when you pass her by! But she's telling you to take her outside and let her SHINE! She promises to brighten your life! Jenny Luper is still learning the ropes when walking on a leash. She's enjoying the process and has potential to be a great running or hiking buddy!
