Shelter Staff made the following comments about this animal:
Everybody loves a puppy – well Shaggy’s a permanent puppy on the inside! He’s remained very young at heart. His sense of spunk and playfulness are his two most noticeable traits. Shaggy is always so excited to get out of his kennel. He walks well on a leash, but he tends to turn the putting the leash on part into a game. Once loose in the play yard he kicks it into high gear. He’s very energetic and does anything he can to get you to play with him. He has a bad jumping habit, but is working on learning that that’s rude. Like we said: puppy at heart! With all that energy Shaggy loves toys. Especially squeaky toys! They’re very fun and exciting to him, and this boy is all about the fun! Shaggy loves treats and focuses really well when they come out. He doesn’t know any tricks yet, but would love to work with someone to learn! He has so much potential.
