This boy has earned his crown. He's definitely reigning supreme as the king of our hearts! He's just such a good boy! So friendly and gentle! King came into the shelter as a stray with a microchip on 7/19/23. We tried contacting his owner, but they never came in to reclaim him. So now King is looking for a new castle! He's a kind king, and very calm and easy going. He has gentlemanly like manners and has gotten along well with everyone he's met so far. He's got a lower energy level and is happy to just sit around and help you monitor what's going on. He already knows how to sit and stay for a treat and he takes them gently from your hand. He's a very big fan of being pet! King has attended in shelter playgroups and gets along well with other dogs. He's not much for playing though and prefers to just calmly hang out.
