Shelter Staff made the following comments about this animal:
Bert was found as a stray in Grand Mission Estates on 7/5/23. He’s a very happy and handsome boy, and a total gentleman! He greets you with a sweet little smell and lick combo. He makes it very easy for you to put a leash on him and take him for a walk – and he doesn’t pull at all on the leash! He’s pretty calm and gentle with people, and has a low to average energy level. He enjoys playing with toys, especially fetch. Just a few minutes of play gets rid of plenty of energy for him. He’s just waiting for an opportunity to be pet! He’s super sweet and does give out a few kisses when you pet him. Bert loves treats, and takes them very carefully from your hand. He already knows how to sit on command, and always makes sure to give his handsomest smile for you to take pictures of.
