Shelter Staff made the following comments about this animal:
Our handsome Cowboy came into the shelter not looking so handsome back in October of 2022. He was extremely underweight. Now he’s a good looking, strong, chunky boy (as he should be!). Probably due to his history Cowboy is obsessed with treats. He sure knows how to beg! He’ll balance on his hind legs just to get closer to where you’re holding the treat, and he’ll happily eat as many as you’ll give him! He'll also sit on command. He typically has a lower energy level - even in playgroups with other dogs. He’s independent for the most part, but he’s also a good, sweet boy. He also seems to be potty trained already!
