Shelter Staff made the following comments about this animal:
With long fur, floppy ears, an always wagging tail, and a happy smile - Carter is certainly handsome! He's a high energy boy who's always ready to run around. He's such a friendly boy, and he walks well on a leash. He loves to exercise and will help encourage you to do so as well - Carter in motion is one happy dog! He loves his play yard time (when he gets to run around off leash and just have some fun). But he equally enjoys settling down for a good cuddle session. He's already potty trained and he's lived well with another dog while in foster care. He's also currently living well with another dog in foster care with the Canine Leadership Program where he's working on learning commands.
