Meet Joy! This lovely lady is a 12 year old Feist mix with a pretty unique quirk. Due to an inner ear infection and ruptured eardrum, Joy has a bit of a head tilt. Since treatment, it has improved slightly but will most likely be an ongoing characteristic. She has adapted really well though and does pretty good on a leash, especially when following her furry friends around. Joy is a "velcro" dog, meaning she follows her foster mom around everywhere. She loves to snuggle with her and with her foster siblings. She is almost housebroken but does occasionally have an accident. She rarely ever barks, and does great with cats and kids! She also enjoys car rides and trips. If you are looking for a lap dog, travel partner, or just someone to love who will love you back unconditionally, Joy is certain to please. Joy is in foster care, please call our adoption center at 828-456-5338 to arrange a meeting with this sweet baby! |
