Athena III is an owner surrender looking for a new home.

Hi! My name is Athena III! I am a beautiful 4-year-old white girl that is an owner surrender due to my current owner moving into an RV and unable to keep me. I am described as active and protective and have a tumor on my hind leg but it doesn’t bother me! It is said that I am dog friendly since I have been around another resident dog and done fine. I currently live with a human kid and we get along fine, but in my past I was teased by kids and due to past trauma I will avoid them if I see them. As a result, it’s best I live in a kid free home. I have had exposure to outdoor cats and I do not get along with them so it is best that I live in a cat free home. I am house trained, crate trained, and at night I sleep in my crate. When the humans must be away and I am left alone, I do fine and usually take a nap. When outside I have good behavior and do not dig or attempt to jump fences or gates. Some of my favorite things are balls, jumping on the trampoline, and being lazy on the couch with the humans! If you think I would make a great addition to your family, contact the rescue today and give them my name because I am waiting to meet you!
