Ruby III is an owner surrender looking for a new home.

Hi! My name is Ruby III! I am a beautiful 4-year-old flashy reverse brindle girl that is an owner surrender due to failing my service dog testing and am reactive to other dogs. Due to this and for everyone’s safety, it is best that I am the only dog in the home. I am described as friendly, active, smart, protective, playful, affectionate, and obedient! It is said that I love kids however there are none in my current home. I have never lived with a cat so it is uncertain if I am feline friendly. I like to follow the humans and be near them all the time. I am house trained, crate trained, and when the humans must be away I have no problems being alone. At night I sleep on my dog bed in the human’s room. When outside I have good behavior and do not dig or attempt to jump fences/gates. When my current owner is in his workshop I do not go in there because the loud sounds scare me. Some of my favorite things are riding in the car, tire and rope toy, laying in the human’s lap, going on walks, playing in the yard, and agility objects such as ramps and high jump. I am very food and treat motivated! My special treats are carrots, blueberries, kibble, and steak pieces! My current owner says I am a “spoiled princess and loves attention”.
