Shelter Staff made the following comments about this animal:
Meet Parking Ticket! Born February 27th, this cute girl is fully vaccinated and ready to take on the world. She's a social gal - if a stranger gives her a smile she'll trot over for a quick pet. She walks well on a leash and doesn't pull. If she stops to stare at a leaf blowing in the wind, a gentle tug gets her walking again. Sometimes she likes to grab a twig to bring along for the stroll! She's a very smart gal and already knows how to sit! She is showing good signs of early dog etiquette as well. A little shy at first while she assesses how friendly the other dog is, then approaches for a sniff. Pouncing, energetic dogs are not really her thing - she'll either hide between your ankles or indicate she's ready to move along. She doesn't show much interest in the neighborhood cats, so we suspect she'd do well with a cat sibling. Strengths: Patiently waiting her turn for a belly rub. Deep slumber. Doorbells don't wake this sleeping beauty. Weaknesses: Fetch! Loves it, but is not the speediest pooch on the planet. Takes her sweet time solving nose puzzles.
