Shelter Staff made the following comments about this animal:
Handsome Scout is ready to relax with you at home! Scout looks like a tough guy, but he is definitely not. Scout is a couch potato and loves nothing more than chilling with his humans while they watch TV. He enjoys chewing on very durable chew toys, going for walks (and sniffs) around the neighborhood, and romping with other dogs. Scout is fully housetrained and does very well with other dogs once he warms up to them. He has really come out of his shell since living with another dog. He would do best in a home with no young children (they scare him with their noise and energy) and no cats. Scout is still working on conquering some of his fears and does best in a quiet, uncrowded environment where he can chill. He also loves to have people around most of the day, if possible, although he does do well on his own for shorter periods. Scout has shown huge growth in his time with us, conquering many of his fears, but would love to continue his training and growth with you as you all explore the world together. Scout would love to spend some time chilling with you and being your loyal TV watching companion and walk buddy.
